- Innovative Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities integrated care model
- Balanced role: 40% traditional primary care, 40% IDD primary care, 20% leadership and administrative
- Extended visit times with smaller IDD panel size for meaningful patient and family interactions
- Multidisciplinary team includes BCBA, social work, nurse navigator, and psychiatry support
- Leadership and academic opportunities including teaching residents and medical students
- Board-certified Family Medicine, Med-Peds, or Internal Medicine physicians encouraged to apply
- Minimum 5 years of experience required; interest in academics and leadership strongly preferred
