  • Outpatient Family Medicine with a loyal, established patient panel
  • No nights, weekends, or call responsibilities
  • Manageable volume of 12-18 patients per day
  • 4-day workweek designed to support work-life balance

    Compensation & Benefits
  • $300,000+ guaranteed evergreen base salary with 3% annual increases, independent of productivity incentives
  • Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
  • Student loan repayment available
  • 52 days off annually, including vacation, sick leave, personal time, and federal and tribal holidays
  • Opportunity to convert unused sick leave into additional compensation of up to $20,000
