- Full time Monday - Friday -- no weekends or holidays
- Phone call -- 1:12 rotation in 2-week blocks
- 80% nursing home, 20% assisted living and home-based care
- Mobile, community-based care model -- on-site care in partner facilities
- Strong interdisciplinary team support
- No procedures required
- Adults only -- IM or FM accepted
- Minimum 3-month assignment
