- Outpatient-only setting with a manageable patient panel
- Lead and mentor a primary care team in a well-established senior-focused center
- On-site digital X-ray, ultrasound, stress tests, Doppler, Echo, EKG, and spirometry
- Board-certified geriatric medicine physician required; DEA required
- Clinical leadership role with direct patient care and provider development responsibilities
