    Package:
  • $300K+ guaranteed evergreen base salary w/ 3% annual increases, independent of productivity incentives
  • Sign-on bonus & relocation assistance
  • PSLF
  • 52 days off, including vacation, sick leave, personal time, & federal/tribal holidays
  • Convert unused sick leave into additional compensation of up to $20K
