About the Organization
Upper Great Lakes Family Health Center is a nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) dedicated to delivering high-quality care to underserved populations through a collaborative, team-based care model. Their clinic in Gwinn, Michigan, located approximately 30 minutes from Marquette, is seeking a full-time board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine physician to join a well-established and high-volume primary care practice. At Upper Great Lakes Family Health, we believe physicians can build a highly compensated, sustainable practice while making a meaningful impact on an underserved region.
What is the Upper Great Lakes Family Health Offering?
- This location qualifies for up to $250,000 in student loan repayment through the Substance Use Disorder Treatment and Recovery Loan Repayment Program
- $270,000 guaranteed compensation over the first two years
- $100,000 sign on bonus
- Outpatient primary care only, with zero call
