Job Description

Lead primary care as Medical Director at a mission-driven tribal health center where you know patients by name. Practice relationship-based medicine free of RVU targets, w/ minimal admin duties, modern tools, & a schedule that leaves room for life.

Details:
  • 100% outpatient, cradle-to-grave FM w/ no nights, weekends, or call; 24/7 nurse line covers after-hours
  • 4-day workweek, 8:30-4:00, w/ a manageable 12-18 PPD
  • Step into an established panel of 750-850 loyal patients w/ immediate volume
  • Light Medical Director role: a half to full day weekly for compliance & oversight of 2 onsite PAs
  • Brand-new clinic w/ Epic EMR & AI-assisted scribe technology
  • Robust team of RNs, LPN, MA, case management, & an onsite walk-in clinic staffed by a PA
  • Integrated onsite pharmacy, lab, PT, & behavioral health for seamless care
  • FQHC Look-Alike serving an underserved community w/ an HPSA score of 15

    Package:
  • $300K+ guaranteed evergreen base w/ 3% annual increases; up to $342K+ total cash in year 1
  • Sign-on bonus & full relocation reimbursement
  • Up to $20K/yr IHS loan repayment; NHSC & PSLF eligible
  • Convert unused sick leave into up to $20K/yr of added pay
  • 52 days off, including federal & tribal holidays
  • $5K annual CME stipend & full benefits
