Job Description

If you enjoy outdoors, consider this Primary Care position with an independent hospital in Western Minnesota. Join a collaborative Primary Care team serving a welcoming and community focused region. This role offers competitive compensation, manageable call expectations, and strong clinical support. A 4-day work week and 7+ weeks of PTO give you plenty of time to enjoy the recreational activities, including excellent hunting and fishing, in the area.

Position Highlights
  • Outpatient Primary Care with minor hospital and ER coverage
  • Modern facilities with strong clinical and administrative support
  • Enjoy a 4-day work week with 32 patient facing hours
  • Moderate patient volume of 15-18 patients per day allows time to get to know your patients
  • Low volume 1:5 call rotation
  • Epic EMR

    Compensation
  • Base salary: $300,000 - $320,000
  • $120,000+ recruiting incentives
  • Guaranteed, ongoing base salary plus production bonus with total earning potential to $400,000+
  • Additional compensation is available by taking additional call shifts
  • 7+ weeks of PTO, sick leave, and CME days
