Job Description
A collaborative and patient-focused primary care group in north-central Minnesota is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established practice of six physicians serving a thriving rural community.

Established, collegial practice with six experienced physicians
Low patient volume, averaging 8-12 patients per day
Balanced mix of outpatient clinic and inpatient care
True 4-day work week

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive ongoing base salary of $300,000+ plus RVU production incentives
$150,000 signing bonus
$10,000 relocation assistance
