Job Description

An independent hospital in western Minnesota is looking to fill a traditional Family Medicine position and welcomes candidates early to mid-career. Join a collaborative team of Primary Care providers with excellent support staff in a welcoming, community-focused region. Position Highlights
  • Outpatient Primary Care with minor hospital and ER coverage
  • Join a collaborative team of Primary Care providers with excellent support staff, offering strong mentorship for physicians early in their career
  • 4-day work week with 32 patient facing hours
  • Moderate patient volume of 15-18 patients per day allows time to develop relationships
  • Low-volume 1:5 call rotation
  • Epic EMR

    Compensation
  • Base salary: $300,000 - $320,000
  • Six-figure recruiting incentives with sign-on and retention bonuses and more
  • Guaranteed, ongoing base salary plus production bonus with total earning potential to $400,000+
  • Add Emergency Medicine call coverage for significant additional compensation
  • 7+ weeks of PTO, plus sick leave, and 5 CME days
