Minnesota FM/OB Locums Job | Flexible Scheduling | Make a Difference in Rural Maternity Care

Help keep essential obstetric care close to home for a rural Minnesota community. Jackson and Coker is partnering with a rural Minnesota hospital seeking a Family Medicine with Obstetrics physician to support its established team and help maintain access to critical maternity services. As the nearest labor and delivery facility within a 70-mile radius, this hospital plays a vital role in ensuring expectant mothers and families can receive care close to home. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while enjoying a flexible schedule, manageable patient volumes, and the support of an established FM/OB team.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out:
--Meaningful Community Impact: Help preserve access to local labor and delivery services for families who would otherwise face significant travel distances.
--Flexible Scheduling: Open to one full-time physician or two part-time physicians.
--Established FM/OB Team: Join three other FM/OB physicians in a shared 1:4 call rotation.
--Balanced Practice: Approximately 16–18 clinic patients daily, with 120–150 deliveries annually across the facility.
--Travel Support: Travel and lodging available for non-local physicians.
--Efficient Credentialing: Approximately 6 weeks.

The Jackson and Coker Advantage:
--Join a team that prioritizes your peace of mind so you can focus on patient care.
--Elite Coverage: Top-rated malpractice insurance.
--Seamless Logistics: Full-service in-house travel agency and credentialing coordinators.
--Constant Support: 24/7 recruiter availability to handle any issues in real-time.
--Experience the standard of excellence recognized by Forbes and Staffing Industry Analysts.
