Job Description

Practice medicine differently by caring for older adults where they live. Join a growing physician-led organization bringing relationship-driven care directly into assisted living and senior living communities.

Practice/Organization Details:
  • See patients directly within assisted living and senior living communities, creating stronger continuity and meaningful long-term patient relationships
  • Established access throughout the St. Louis market backed by 20+ years of corporate relationships and preferred-provider partnerships with major senior living organizations
  • Focus on medicine while a dedicated operations team manages scheduling, billing, IT, triage, marketing, and other administrative responsibilities
  • Build your day around your life with significant flexibility over start and end times, with many providers finishing by approximately 2:00pm
  • Join a model that has already demonstrated significant success in Denver, San Antonio, and Dallas, with continued growth now underway in St. Louis

    Compensation & Benefits:
  • Guaranteed base salary of $280,000-$330,000 without the pressure of an RVU-driven compensation model
