Job Description

Did you choose Family Medicine to practice the whole specialty? Most FM jobs today are clinic-only. This one lets you keep the inpatient & emergency skills you built in residency, with a 4-day week & a manageable patient load. Join an established, collegial group & follow your patients from the clinic to the hospital bed to the ED.

The Practice:
  • Traditional FM: outpatient clinic, inpatient rounding & ED coverage at a community hospital
  • Typical day: morning rounds, 10-12 clinic patients & backup ED coverage
  • OB is an option, but not required
  • 4-day workweek
  • Team: 3 physicians & 4 APPs
  • AI-powered documentation tools that cut charting time
  • Exceptional physician retention & experienced colleagues to learn from
  • Residents welcome, w/ flexible start dates for 2027 & 2028 graduates

    Compensation:
  • $350K-$400K guaranteed base salary
  • Earning potential $500K+; top producer earns nearly $600K
  • $50K sign-on bonus
  • $270K student loan repayment
