Seeking a Full time Family Medicine physician/ Internal Medicine physician for an LTAC practice in Sparks NV
This is a LTAC facility
Ideally looking for an Family Medicine physician/ Internal Medicine physicianto help with rounding during the days - night call stipend for call between 8pm and 6am also available. Ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience, critical care or ED experience would be helpful but not mandatory.
Duties to include:
Rounding - rounding on majority of patients at LTAC. Patients are sick but generally stable.
Typical patient include:
Trach patients with ventilator
Complex wounds with wound care needs, IV ABX
Deconditioned ICU patients with need for rehab, PT/OT/SLP
Specialty support - we have ICU/pulm, surgery, ID, nephrology, all very involved in their patients
$1400 a day plus productivity for admissions and night call is available if desired. Rounding admits discharges
