- 3 - 4 weekend shifts per month, typically 2 Saturdays and 2 Sundays
- Solo provider role with both booked appointments and walk-in patients
- Open-access primary care with 22 - 25 patients per day
- Experience with chronic care management and acute care medicine preferred

From $135.00 to $135.00 hourly
