About the Clinician's WorkdayClinicians will provide outpatient and clinic-based primary care and urgent care services to adult patients at a correctional facility, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with consideration for four 10-hour shifts. The expected caseload is 10-15 patients per day, with clinical responsibilities encompassing both chronic care management and urgent care procedures. Candidates must be comfortable managing chronic conditions as well as performing urgent care procedures within a correctional clinical environment. Required credentials include a license, DEA registration, and ACLS certification; board certification is negotiable, and prescriptive authority is required. Credentialing is estimated at approximately 90 days.
