Seeking a full time and part time Family Medicine, Internal Medicine Physician MD/DO for private practice medical office in Smithtown, NY
Duties to include: fluoroscopically guided (using a mini c-arm) small joint injections of the knee and shoulder; no work ups, no administrative tasks
Office hours: Mon-Fri 8 AM-4 PM
Salary $125-$140/hour
The practice primarily focuses on Musculoskeletal complaints and the Physician will provide:
- exams
- knee Joint Injections
- Referrals
- Order and prescribe tests
NO Narcotics
