This primary care clinic provides outpatient family medicine services to patients of all ages in New York. The facility operates with on-site support staff, including one APP, medical assistants, and nurses at a 2:1 support ratio, to facilitate daily clinical operations. Credentialing for this position is estimated at 90-120 days, with potential for expedited processing.

New York offers a range of activities suited to diverse interests, including visits to iconic landmarks such as Times Square, the Empire State Building, and the Statue of Liberty. Outdoor pursuits such as farm visits, apple picking, and corn mazes complement the state's urban offerings. The state also hosts a variety of events spanning music, film, performing arts, and fashion throughout the year.

Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages at a primary care clinic in New York, working either four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts per day during facility hours of 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The expected caseload is 18-20 patients per day, encompassing all age groups. Required credentials include board certification or board eligibility, an active New York medical license, DEA registration, BLS certification, and prescriptive authority; clinicians already enrolled in Medicare and Medicaid are preferred. Call coverage is negotiable for this position.
