This Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) delivers outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages in a community health setting in New York City. The facility maintains on-site support staff, including an LPN who performs all injectables and an MA who assists with patient preparation, to support daily clinical operations. Credentialing is estimated at approximately one week for clinicians who hold an active NY Medicaid number.

New York City offers a range of cultural and entertainment options suited to varied interests, including open-air performances at the Delacorte Theater in Central Park and live programming at Lincoln Center's fountain plaza. The area provides access to Broadway productions, sporting events, and food and seasonal festivals found across the city. Clinicians on assignment will find a broad selection of recreational and cultural activities available throughout the region.

Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with 40 minutes of lunch and 40 minutes of administrative time daily. The expected caseload is approximately 21 patients per day; the facility prefers Family Medicine clinicians who can see patients ages 5 and older, though Internal Medicine clinicians seeing patients 18 and older will also be considered. Required credentials include board certification or board eligibility, DEA registration, BLS, an active NY Medicaid number, current COVID and flu vaccinations, and a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
