- Panel of 22 - 25 patients per day in a supportive clinical environment
- On-site services include X-ray, mammography, and laboratory blood work
- Medicaid or Medicare credentialing required prior to start
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience required; no visa sponsorship available
- Board-certified or board-eligible in family medicine, internal medicine, or pediatrics
- Active New York State license, DEA certificate, and current BLS required
- Proficiency in Spanish or a Southeast Asian language is preferred
