- Rotating weekends every 4th Saturday and Sunday, 9 am - 3 pm
- Weekend shifts reduce weekday schedule to 2 twelve-hour shifts
- Outpatient-only position with no hospital duties
- Patient census of 20 - 25 patients per day
- Supervising role overseeing 2 - 5 advanced practice providers
- Board-certified family medicine physician required
- DEA license required; visa sponsorship not available
