- Rotating weekends every 4th Saturday and Sunday, 9 am - 3 pm
- Weekend weeks require only two 12-hour weekday shifts
- Outpatient-only setting with no hospital responsibilities
- Patient census of 20 - 25 patients per day
- Supervisory role overseeing 2 - 5 advanced practice providers
- Board-certified family medicine physician required
- DEA licensure required; visa sponsorship not available
