Job Description
Join a large primary care organization with nearly 30 locations and 50+ providers in need of proven leader interested in a combination of clinical and administrative work. Interest and experience in value-based care and revenue cycles would be ideal!
The Practice:
True leadership position | Ideal candidates have experience with clinical leadership, quality, and value-based care
Have an excellent quality of life with a limited clinical practice. Admin time is flexible and can also be from home.

Some of the duties include: fostering a culture of excellence, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring delivery of high quality care.
Report to the CEO and work closely with the Operations' Directors, advising on clinical issues, supervision of advanced practice providers, focus on quality metrics, etc.
