A leading healthcare organization in North Carolina is seeking Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine physician to join a well-established, high-demand primary care network in gorgeous southeastern North Carolina — with openings at multiple locations, driven by retirements and tremendous, sustained growth. This is bread-and-butter primary care done right: 100% outpatient with no call, a 4½-day work week, and a starting volume of approximately 18-20 patients per day. Every location comes with several established physicians and strong APP support already in place, so there's no building a panel from scratch and no going at it alone. You'll practice with EPIC EMR and AI-powered documentation to keep your evenings free, all backed by a 950-bed, non-profit Level 3 trauma regional medical center with nearly 70 years of community trust. • Multiple openings, multiple locations — choose from several practice locations across Fayetteville, all driven by retirements and tremendous, sustained growth.
• Outpatient only, no call — 100% bread-and-butter primary care with zero call obligations, protecting your time outside the clinic.
• Balanced 4½-day work week — a schedule that gives you real, consistent time back for your life outside of work.

• Strong, uncapped compensation — $260K-$275K base plus uncapped wRVU production for $315K-$330K+ total compensation — and real opportunity to earn more (all negotiable).
