Job Description

The city of Toledo is in northwest Ohio at the western shore of Lake Erie and borders the state of Michigan.   • Monday - Friday, 8 am - 6 pm schedule with only 1 weekend call per month
  • Outpatient-only position with a structured ramp-up period for new providers
  • Focus on LGBTQ community health, HIV care, and transgender health services
  • Provide culturally competent primary care with hormone therapy and controlled substances
  • Collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment with Advanced Practice Providers
  • DEA required; experience in HIV and LGBTQ health preferred
  • Hospital-employed position with opportunity to shape clinical policies and protocols

From $220000.00 to $280000.00 annual
Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
