- Outpatient-only position with a structured ramp-up period for new providers
- Focus on LGBTQ community health, HIV care, and transgender health services
- Provide culturally competent primary care with hormone therapy and controlled substances
- Collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment with Advanced Practice Providers
- DEA required; experience in HIV and LGBTQ health preferred
- Hospital-employed position with opportunity to shape clinical policies and protocols

From $220000.00 to $280000.00 annual
