The Opportunity
Part-Time Medical Director (20 hours/week)
Lead an established outpatient primary care program with a strong mission and growing impact
Influence clinical strategy, quality initiatives, and program development at the leadership level
Supervise APPs and support a multidisciplinary care team focused on whole-person care
Enjoy meaningful leadership responsibilities without the demands of a full-time administrative role
Help improve access and outcomes for individuals with developmental disabilities, behavioral health needs, and other underserved populations
Flexible schedule with the ability to leave a lasting impact on patients, providers, and the organization
The Ideal Candidate
MD or DO, Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Ohio license or ability to obtain licensure
Previous leadership or APP supervision experience preferred
Passion for patient-centered care and healthcare innovation
