- 40-hour work week with 36 hours of direct patient contact time
- Shared inpatient hospitalist coverage Monday - Friday, 7 am - 5 pm, one in every 7 - 8 weeks
- Robust outpatient clinic with embedded behavioral health and clinical pharmacy
- Panel of 18 - 20 patients per day
