Job Description
A full-spectrum primary care practice dedicated to treating substance use disorders across entire families is looking for a mission-driven family medicine physician. Candidates should be board eligible or board certified and have addiction medicine experience, or be addiction medicine trained.
This is a chance to grow with a practice in Southern Oregon's sunny Rogue Valley that is investing $15 million in a new healthcare campus, while living with mountains, rivers and sunshine close at hand.
Position:
Care for the whole family. You'll provide full-spectrum primary care with a focus on substance use treatment, helping families heal together.
Step into a leadership role as Medical Director.
Work alongside an established multidisciplinary team, co-located on a $15 million behavioral healthcare campus.
See 14 patients a day, supported by dedicated admin time, AI scribing and your own MA.
4-day week with no call and no weekends.
$305,000 starting base salary.
$100,000 sign-on bonus plus $25,000 for relocation.
Qualify for NHSC and PSLF loan repayment.
