Location: Douglassville, PA Area Setting: Well-Established Ambulatory Practice

This practice, serving the community for over 30 years, currently features two experienced physicians and a strong, tenured clinical support staff. New graduates are encouraged to apply!
Position Summary:
Join a thriving practice providing comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, from infants through geriatrics. This role offers the opportunity to practice broad-spectrum family medicine within a supportive environment that utilizes the EPIC EMR system (fully integrated across the health system) and offers tools like DAX Copilot to enhance provider efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic illnesses.
- Perform routine physical examinations and preventive health screenings.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Develop and manage patient treatment plans.
- Utilize the EPIC EMR system for accurate and timely documentation.
- Participate in a shared call schedule.
- Collaborate effectively with clinical staff and administration.
Qualifications:
- Education: Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution (Required).
- Training: Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program (Required).
- Certification: Board Eligible or Board Certified (BE/BC) in Family Medicine by ABFM or ABOFM (Required).
- License: Eligibility for or possession of an active, unrestricted Pennsylvania State Medical License and DEA registration (Required).
- Experience: New graduates
