Family Medicine Opportunity in Suburban Philadelphia, PA!!
Outstanding practice opportunity for BC/BE Family Practitioner; full-time or part-time outpatient position in a growing suburban practice that was established circa 1801. Our main office site was recently renovated, and we have a satellite office site nearby too. Both sites are well staffed and equipped with a fully implemented electronic medical record. Our successful independent practice is active in clinical networks. We were among the first practices in the nation to be certified by the NCQA as a Patient Centered Medical Home and we have an active Care Management program on site to facilitate management of our highest risk patients.
Our success in value-based reimbursement programs allows us to offer competitive physician compensation while keeping a reasonable practice pace that allows for high quality care. Physician responsibilities include participation in disease management programs, and supervision of mid-level providers. On-call duty includes outpatient call only and is scheduled approximately one in six.
