Our client, a leading Rural Healthcare System, are in need of numerous Family Medicine Physicians to help support various rural locations across Minnesota and South Dakota. They are offering a fantastic salary guarantee for 2-3 years as well as various incentives and an excellent benefit package.Average daily patient volume of 14-16. Existing APP support at all locations. Up to $350,000 base salary guarantee with option to move to wRVU model after 2 years. Retention loan of up to $150,000, forgiven over 3 years. CME of 10 days and $5,000. New Grads and Experienced Physicians encouraged to apply!. WRVU production incentives. Loan Forgiveness available. Relocation Bonus available.
