This 25-bed critical access hospital delivers a range of services, including a 24/7 emergency department, inpatient and outpatient surgery, OB/GYN care, and an on-site nursing facility. The facility operates with established clinical protocols to support consistent care delivery across all service lines. Clinical workflows are structured to accommodate both outpatient and clinic-based primary care operations.

Clinicians will provide outpatient and clinic-based primary care services to patients of all ages at a critical access hospital in South Dakota, working day shifts on-site. Clinical responsibilities encompass the delivery of general family medicine services within both outpatient and clinic settings. The schedule is either M-Th or T-F (4-days a week).
