- Monday - Thursday, 8 am - 5:30 pm -- no call
- 10 - 15 patients per day, all ages
- Outpatient setting only
- Bread and butter FM procedures required
- Hospital privileges required
- Long-term assignment preferred -- minimum 3 - 6 month commitment
