Job Description
One of the nation’s largest integrated health systems is seeking Family Medicine physicians for opportunities in Tracy, MN; Jackson, MN; and Chamberlain, SD.
Position Highlights:
- $315K–$350K guaranteed salary (2 years)
- $100K–$150K retention bonus
- Full benefits, 401(k) match + $10K relocation
- 4-day workweek available at select locations
- Outpatient-only or traditional FM opportunities
- Average 15–18 clinic patients/day
- Inpatient census averages 8 patients
- Strong physician and APP support
- OB optional; C-section experience a plus!
- Select sites include ER coverage with APP support
- No state income tax in South Dakota
