Job Description

Position Highlights
- $315K-$350K guaranteed salary (2 years)
- $100K-$150K retention bonus
- Full benefits, 401(k) match + $10K relocation

- Traditional Family Medicine with outpatient and inpatient responsibilities
- Average 15-18 clinic patients/day
- Average inpatient census of 8 patients
- Strong physician and APP support
- OB optional; C-section experience a plus!
- ER coverage opportunities with APP support
- No state income tax in South Dakota
