Job Description
A large, well-established primary care network in the Memphis metro is hiring Primary Care Physicians (FM/IM) due to upcoming retirements. New physicians will immediately inherit established patient panels and join busy, well-supported outpatient practices.
Position Details
Average 18-22 patients/day
Fully staffed clinics with strong clinical/administrative support
22 total clinics within the primary care network
Compensation
18-month guaranteed base: $275k-300k (DOE)
$30k sign-on bonus
Monthly productivity model with early transition if exceeding base
Up to $40k annual quality bonus
