Job Description

Seeking a full time Family/internal medicine or GP Physician for private practice medical office in Chattanooga, TN 37421

The Family/internal medicine Physician will work in a Multi-disc office with DC, NP and other MD/DO. The practice primarily focuses on Musculoskeletal complaints and the Family/internal medicine Physician will provide:

1.     PATIENT INTAKE,

2.     PATIENT ORDERS,

3.     INJECTIONS  of JOINTS

4.  trigger point injections:

5.     MEDICALLY MANAGED WEIGHTLOSS

We are also willing to train the Family/internal medicine or GP Physician

Office hours and days candidate will work:  MON WED THURSDAY,  930AM-715 PM   TUESDAY  12-7:15 PM   FRIDAY 930-130 PM

Compensation:

1.     Salary with bonus  +

2.     Vacation:   2 WEEKS

3.     Health coverage compensation

4.     FACILITY COVERS MALPRACTICE,

5. MONEY TOWARDS DEA/LICENSE RENEWAL,

6.  MONEY TOWARDS CONTINUING EDUCATION
