Job Description
A community-focused, nonprofit 25-bed hospital in West Texas is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join a collaborative primary care team in a rural outpatient setting.
Opportunity
Join a well-established team of experienced Primary Care physicians with APP support
Outpatient only | 4-day work week option available
Option to subspecialize, do procedures, and/or obstetrics
Hospital-employed with guaranteed salary, wRVU bonus potential, and 40K sign-on bonus
Moonlighting option available for additional income | 400K+ potential
Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and PTO
Malpractice insurance, CME (7K and 10 days), and 10K relocation allowance
