Job Description

Practice Highlights:

  • Established and well-supported practice
  • Manageable patient volumes ~ 18-20 per day
  • Outpatient only, so nights or weekends
  • The rural health clinic is part of an Independent critical access hospital that has a partnership with one of the larger health systems in San Antonio
  • Visa support available
  • Spanish fluency is a plus
  • HPSA designated

    Compensation Details:

  • Income guarantee of at least $300,000 +wRVU production
  • Recruitment incentives include a signing bonus, training stipend and relocation assistance; HPSA designed so qualifies for NHSC loan assistance
  • Full suite of health & medical benefits
  • CME stipend $3,000 + 5 days
  • Paid time off - 28 days
  • 403b retirement with 5% match
