- Call shared among 13 providers, approximately one week per 12 - 13 weeks
- FQHC with academic medical center affiliation
- Located approximately one hour from Houston in a small rural community
- Manageable patient census of 18 - 22 patients per day
- Full benefits package including license reimbursement stipend
- DEA required; J-1/H-1B visa candidates considered
- Board-certified or board-eligible family medicine physicians encouraged to apply
