Job Description
- 4 Day work week- Outpatient
- $250,000 salary
- FP or IM
Community Health Center serves as the primary care/urgent care clinic for 80% of the local residents in this part of Vermont. Other tertiary care includes behavioral health, social workers & diabetes management/education.
DUTIES
• M-F 8a-5p
• Choose between a 4 day work week & 5 days
• All outpatient - no hospital rotation
• Average 16-22 patients a day
• Call schedule: 2 or 3 weeks per year
• 2025 Residents will be considered
PACKAGE
• Salary $250k + RVU productivity bonus on top
• Move to production model after 18 months – Once established earn to $400k

QUALIFICATIONS
• Board Certified /Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• License in state of Vermont
