- Hospital-employed role within a well-established continuing care retirement community
- Serve a geriatric population across independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing
- Dual role as primary care physician and medical director with clinical autonomy
- Oversight of mid-level providers with leadership opportunities
- On-site health clinic with integrated therapy and wellness services
- Board-certified FM or IM physician with active Virginia licensure and DEA required
- Located in Winchester, Virginia - approximately one hour from Washington, D.C.
