This tribal health facility delivers outpatient and clinic-based primary care services to patients of all ages within a structured clinical environment in Washington state. The facility operates with established protocols to support consistent and quality care delivery across all assigned coverage periods. On-site support staff includes medical assistants, registered nurses, and a physician to assist with daily clinical operations.

Washington state offers clinicians on assignment access to a range of outdoor experiences and cultural pursuits suited to varied interests. The region features opportunities for hiking, kayaking, and visiting waterfalls, as well as festivals and community events spanning arts, seafood, music, and other traditions held throughout the year. Clinicians will find diverse recreational and cultural options, including state parks, waterfront boardwalks, and seasonal activities that reflect the area's agricultural and maritime heritage, available during time away from assignment.

Clinicians will provide outpatient and clinic-based primary care services to patients of all ages at an on-site tribal health facility in Washington, working Monday through Friday during day shifts from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Clinical responsibilities encompass the evaluation and management of primary and acute care conditions across the outpatient and clinic settings.
