A thriving 50-bed, Level III trauma hospital and clinic system is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join an 11-provider Primary Care team in a community-oriented health system built to support your quality of life.

Position Highlights:
4-day work week with no call, nights, or weekends.
Flexible scheduling: choose from 7-3, 8-4, 9-5, or 10-6.
Dedicated medical assistant for every provider.

EPIC EMR with virtual scribe tools.
Mentorship available for new graduates.
Compensation Highlights:
$344,000+ base salary plus wRVU.
Up to $20,000 quality incentive bonus.
Up to $90,000 sign-on bonus.
Up to $200,000 in student loan repayment.
$2,000/month residency stipend.
