The facility operates as a correctional center delivering outpatient and clinic-based primary care services to an adult patient population within a secure clinical environment. The facility maintains established protocols suited to corrections-based healthcare delivery to support consistent care throughout the assignment period. Clinical workflows are structured to address the primary care needs of the population served.

The assignment area offers clinicians access to a range of outdoor recreation and leisure activities suited to varied interests. Local options include hiking and biking trails, as well as the Spokane River and nearby lakes. The area is also home to Riverside State Park, which features the historic Swinging Bridge spanning the Spokane River, and the surrounding region provides access to youth sports programs, family activities, and entertainment venues.

Clinicians will provide outpatient and clinic-based primary care services to an adult patient population on a day shift basis at an on-site correctional facility. The expected caseload is 15 patients per day, with clinical responsibilities encompassing the evaluation and management of primary care conditions within a structured correctional environment.
