Make a meaningful impact in a central West Virginia community through a Family Medicine role that combines Rural Health Clinic care, hospitalist rounding, and clinical leadership. The position offers a base salary in or near $400,000, a $50,000 sign-on bonus, and additional RVU and bonus incentives. The clinical schedule includes 1 2 clinic days per week and Friday Sunday hospitalist rounding, with overnight telemedicine coverage in place.$400K Base + Additional RVU's and Bonus Incentives. $100,000 + in Loan Forgiveness Options in 3-5 Years. $50K Sign on Bonus + Relocation Assistance. 10-14 Hours of Leadership + (8-16 Hours) in the Clinic + Rounding (8-10 Hours / Week).
