Family Medicine Position - Milwaukee area
Job Description
Seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our well-established Clinic
--This opportunity is outpatient only
--Full-time position with a minimum of 4 clinic days per week
--35 patient contact hours weekly (standard full-time)
--Call rotation approximately 1:8, phone only
--Support from a robust hospitalist program at nearby ProHealth hospitals
--Epic EMR is integrated across the system
--Collaborative work culture with experienced providers on-site
--Access to on-site lab and imaging services
--The clinic is home to a cohesive team of Family Medicine and Internal Medicine providers, along with embedded Advanced Practice Providers and integrated services to support coordinated patient care
--Two-year guaranteed salary with immediate eligibility for productivity incentives

--CME time plus $5,000 CME allowance
