- Teach residents as they rotate through from the residency program
- Small community of approximately 1k with plenty to do; 3 hours from Minneapolis
- J-1 and H-1B visas are welcome

- Call is 4 weekday evenings per month; phone call is only 4 - 6 weekends per year
