- No hospital responsibilities; 32 patient contact hours per week
- Average 18 - 20 outpatient visits per day in a collaborative environment
- Shared clinic space with Cardiology, Pulmonology, and Endocrinology services
- Hospital-employed position with a well-established, independent health system
- Strong support from experienced colleagues and dedicated nursing staff
- Board-certified or board-eligible family medicine physicians encouraged to apply
- Located in southern Wisconsin with proximity to major metropolitan areas
