Job Description

An independent Critical Access Hospital is seeking a Hospitalist to join a collaborative, well-equipped environment focused on high-quality patient care. You'll work in modern facilities, with advanced technology, and an experienced clinical staff. Hospitalists with Family Medicine training or Internal Medicine physicians with are encouraged to apply. Located between Madison and Minneapolis, this opportunity offers a balanced lifestyle and excellent compensation.

Opportunity Highlights:
  • Moderate inpatient volume
  • Daytime 7:00 am - 7:00 pm shifts with a 7-on/7-off block schedule
  • EICU with 24/7 access to specialists through University of Wisconsin
  • No requirement for intubations, central lines, or codes

    Compensation Details:
  • Guaranteed ongoing salary up to $378,000, plus additional incentives
  • Recruiting incentives include a negotiable sign-on bonus, $10,000 relocation, $10,000 CME stipend, and student loan repayment
